The college is governed by the Corporate Educational Agency of the Catholic Diocese of Mananthavady (Reg.No: 277/2000).

   The Bishop, His Excellency Rt.Rev.Dr. Jose Porunnedom, is the Patron of the college. The Vicar General of the diocese, Rev.Fr. Jose Kocharackal, is the Manager of the college.

    Rev.Fr.Gervasis Mattam, the Procurator and Rev.Fr. Michael Vadakkemulanjanal,the Asst. Bursar of the Diocese, looks after the financial aspects of the governance of the college. Funds are sanctioned and allocated by them for the various developmental projects of the college as well as its routine functioning, in consultation with Board of Governors.
